Mistakes sometimes happen when ordering online – especially in the parts business. We deal with this every day in our stores and we are happy to accept returns for sales online.
Here is how it works:
- Any product can be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Shipping costs for returns is your responsibility (unless we made a mistake)
- All returns must be in their original packaging
- The product must not be used or damaged
- We may ask for a picture of the item before you return it.
- If the return is due to a product defect, please let us know. We will pay the shipping on such instances.
